About us

As an established family-owned company from the Black Forest, Weißer + Grießhaber combines decades of experience with innovative power. We have grown into a reliable partner for companies from around the world that rely on the highest standards. Our world is plastics technology. Martin Weißer represents his family’s third generation in management of the company from the Black Forest. He embodies the values and vision of Weißer + Grießhaber: Open-mindedness, customer-focus, and corporate responsibility. 

We have been manufacturing sophisticated plastic injection-moulded parts since 1969. We have become a series supplier with our own mould-making facilities. Our particular strength lies in the production of high-precision plastic parts for a wide range of markets – from automotive and building technology to automation and medical technology. These include gearing and transmission parts, complex multi-component injection moulded parts, micro injection moulding, and optical-functional components. Our development and production solutions are always created in close cooperation with our customers. Transparent communication, fixed contacts, and customised supply chain concepts ensure reliable results – from application development to series production. Our mission is: Excellence in plastics

We see plastics technology as an integrated process – from development and mould construction to large-scale production. We ensure precision, efficiency, and process reliability with a high degree of automation, digital project management, and AI-supported production processes. Sustainability

Certified environmental awareness

Weißer + Grießhaber has developed an active environmental awareness since its foundation in 1969. Sustainability is a principle of corporate management. Environmental management has become firmly established and is periodically certified in accordance with ISO 14001.

The more than 100 systems at the Mönchweiler plant are powered by electricity. Weißer + Grießhaber’s overarching goal is to increase energy efficiency in order to reduce its CO2 emissions at the same time. Weißer + Grießhaber strives to have CO2-neutral production by 2035

Progress is made by way of actively pursuing energy efficiency and energy management certified to ISO 50001. Specific measures make Weißer + Grießhaber a responsible partner for sustainable plastics technology. This includes:

  • Innovative energy efficiency filter to optimise electricity consumption
  • Energy-efficient processes thanks to optimised moulds and hot runner technology with reduced plastic and energy consumption
  • Environmentally friendly raw materials, sustainable supply chain, no single-use packaging
  • Own photovoltaic system and efficient building technology with insulation and waste heat utilisation
  • Sustainability team with regular communication and training on resource conservation
