Microfilters and thin-wall technology
Weißer + Grießhaber represents precise plastic injection moulding in the micro range. We produce thin-walled, fine-structured, and long-flowing components – from microfilters and internal parts to complex housings and connectors. Our solutions are durable, energy-efficient, and can be reliably implemented in large quantities.
One example of our development expertise is a glass fibre-reinforced microfilter with a mesh size of 70 µm and a web width of 130 µm, which is directly injection-moulded using a resource-saving hot runner process. We reliably produce these microfilters in quantities of up to 500 million per year.
